"A Cut Above Charity" Pre-Event Highlights

With just approximately 11 hours away, here are some highlights for you regarding the pre-event that you can look forward to.

HIGHLIGHT # 1

RM10 Haircut by A Cut Above Academy - for charity
Being the main highlight of the event, you can start buying the RM10 haircut ticket at the pre-event ticket booth in TARCollege Canteen 2 Foyer. With the RM10 ticket, you are entitled to a haircut by A Cut Above Academy academician with quality assured and checked by A Cut Above Academy educators (need not worry as each haircut is QA-ed and QC-ed). =)

All funds collected from each RM10 haircut will be channeled to the event's beneficiary home.

It is not just a haircut to look good.
It is a haircut for a chance.
It is for the less fortunate.

Just so you know, if you get yourself one RM10 haircut ticket during our pre-event, you are entitled to get one free Cremo ice-cream! How good can this offer get?

HIGHLIGHT # 2

Botak Wanted!

As interesting as it sounds, there will be a "Botak Wanted" booth where you are able to see who volunteered to go bald for charity.

The "Botak Wanted" challenge is a challenge where volunteers who volunteered to go bald for charity sets a target minimum of RM1,000, and there go their hair (on their heads) once their targets are achieved. The public at large who wish to see any of the participants go bald will need to donate (an amount of their choice) into the participants' boxes and once the minimum amount which has been set by the participants is achieved, the participants will go bald in the name of charity on the final day of the event - LIVE!

There are 17 participants up-to-date and check this out... There are 3 female participants! Want to know who are these brave female participants, head on down to "A Cut Above Charity" pre-event at the following details:

A Cut Above

Being Malaysia's renowned hair salon and marking beyond 30 years of excellence in the industry, A Cut Above sets its trendy mark in the event by joining forces to help make "A Cut Above Charity" a success that aims to raise awareness and funds for the less fortunate. Information regarding A Cut Above will be exhibited for you to get to know A Cut Above more.

"A CUT ABOVE CHARITY" IS JUST ANOTHER 14 DAYS AWAY!

The countdown includes today (Tuesday, 7th December 2010) and weekends. =)

Date: 20th - 22nd December 2010

Time: 9.30am - 6pm
(hair cutting sessions with 'A Cut Above Academy' begins at 10am daily)

Venue: College Hall, Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC), Setapak Main Campus

On another note, we have had a few people coming up to us with their worries about the outcome after getting their hair cut (especially girls and ladies).

It is our responsibility as organisers to provide you with a sense of assurance that each hair cut by the 50 A Cut Above academicians will undergo QA (quality assurance) and QC (quality check) by A Cut Above Academy educators who will be present during the event.

It is quite similar to how APPLE has assured its loyal users and new users with regards to their products such as iPhone, iPad, iMac, and the like. People trust APPLE products for they undergo QA and QC very closely. 

Of course, we are not comparing that hair cut is similar to the idea of mass production for electrical products. In fact, the idea that we are trying to highlight is that...

Do not worry, your hair cut will be of satisfaction! =)

QA and QC guaranteed.

With scissors and clippers, you will be ready to welcome the festive season with a new haircut by A Cut Above Academy for only RM10. And best of all, this is all for charity. =)
